I am constantly on the lookout for great free stock photography to use in my website designs and to pass onto my clients for their websites. I like to keep a variety of diverse choices on hand so that I can use them as placeholders when I design a proof for a client. I know there are some great photos at istockphoto.com and veer.com (my two favorite paid photo services that I highly recommend to use when it really counts), but I don’t always want to pay for something that I might not end up using in the end. I still want a clean and professional look for my client so free and nice-looking placeholders do the trick.

I know my clients are in need of great photos for their sites as well but don’t always want to pay for photos either, especially if they are in need of a bunch of photos or just want to update their look quickly, easily, and for cheap. Finding great photos can be a real chore sometimes so I’ve gathered a bunch of great ones for you to use.
