We launched a beautiful new website for the Friends of the Riverside Public Library earlier this year. The non-profit organization, based in Riverside, California, raises money for the library by selling donated books and encouraging contributions and memberships. They wanted a new website presence that was easy to use, allowing people to see who they are, the services they provide, and how others can help. We worked together to create a bright and colorful new website that captures the character of the library. Now, you can easily find information on all of the library branch locations, view upcoming book sales, and how you can donate books.

The Website

The WordPress website features a bright color palette, echoing their brand colors and displaying a cheerful demeanor. We used large full width photos throughout the site, giving users a visual representation of what they do and a fun glimpse into some of the spaces in the library and bookstore. The site utilizes donation and membership forms from Givebutter, allowing users the chance to donate or join the Friends online, quickly and easily.
