business-modelHappy New Year everyone! With the new year, Snoack Studios is implementing some big changes. We’re excited to announce we’re implementing a new business model.

We’re blogging about it today not only to announce the changes and get you excited about it, but also to let you know we want you to hold us accountable. We’re making some promises today that we hope you’ll find interesting and valuable for you and your business as move forward and up with you! Read on to find out what we have in store for 2011.

We’re Giving You More

We value good design at Snoack Studios, we always have and always will. We also value our clients and want to give you more. More great design, more technical support, more expertise, more of everything. Our new business model was created to allow us to spend more time on each project and more time with our clients. We want to put more thought into each design and get you better results and greater satisfaction. We hope that this gives you more time to ask questions, more time for training using our products and services, and more technical support when you need it. We want to provide high quality customer service and high quality design work. We’re not just moving forward at Snoack Studios, we’re moving up and taking you with us.

Design

Our passion for design is what started the company and has driven us forward. We’re moving up to a whole new level of design this year and working toward a higher standard of excellence with our designs. Design has always been a priority on each project but we’re talking about more here. We’ll spend more time thinking about the details on each website. What can make this better, more intuitive, and more targeted? More time and thought equals higher quality and better results.

Customer Service

Customer service is just as important to us and something we pride ourselves on. We’ve always said that questions are free and technical support is included with our packages. This is still true with our new business model, and now we’re including even more. We want you to feel supported, taken care of, and well served. We don’t take customer service lightly and we’re taking a new look at how we can provide the highest quality service with each and every customer.

Our Promise

We truly love what we do at Snoack Studios. We enjoy creating designs and artwork and hearing feedback from clients about how well it works for them and their audience. We promise to strive for better designs and more quality time with our clients, in the hopes that we become stronger designers and your business flourishes. We hope you’re as excited as we are for our new business model and what it will bring. Join us as we move forward and up in 2011.

This is such great news, though I’d say you’d already starting implementing this new business model in 2010, whether you realized it or not. 🙂 You have been amazing to work with, giving me as much time and space as I needed to ask questions — and question myself and my decisions — while always working to keep our project on track and moving forward. I can’t WAIT to see the design for the new Girls Get Real website!

Here’s to an amazing and every better 2011 for all of us!

Thank you for the wonderful comments Shannon! I actually was starting to implement this toward the end of 2010, you’re right! I am always thinking of ways to make Snoack Studios a stronger and better company, and when I came up the idea, I decided I wanted to make a big announcement at the beginning of 2011. But I wanted to implement it immediately, giving my current clients more and helping them make the transition easily with me. So I’ve already talked with a lot of people, telling them about it and gaining support for the idea early on. On another note, your site is almost ready for you to see!! It’s looking great 🙂
