We are so excited to unveil our brand new website for Snoack Studios! It’s a fully responsive website, with WordPress running behind the scenes and is coded with HTML5. Check it out on your smart phone or tablet, or resize your browser window smaller to see how the site adjusts. This new design is a nice change from our previous site, going a bit dark with the new bokeh texture. We like how striking and powerful it feels on the homepage especially. We’ve drawn it back on the subpages to let the text and images in our portfolio do the talking there. Check it out and let us know what you think:

Our homepage features some bold typography, and it’s all real, selectable text. @font-face is bringing in Futura, which is a part of our brand, so we’re excited to use that all over the site. Our 6 different services are featured visually in a Pinterest-esque layout, and change to some text when you hover over them.

Our subpages received a nice design update as well, with some neat new features. Our services are all listed on one page and use a jQuery accordion-style menu to open and close the different services to reveal more information about each.

Our portfolio is organized into our 5 different types of design services, featuring thumbnails on each category page, and large screenshots on the individual pages about each piece as well. You can click through those to read more about each project.

We certainly couldn’t leave our blog out, it also has an updated look and matches the rest of the site as well. You’ll notice throughout the site that we’ve added lots of little details that echo the same look – rounded corners, soft shadows, and touches of our bright Snoack Studios blue.

We had a lot of fun working on our new site and would love to hear what you think! Check it out, and let us know your thoughts in the comments area below!
